How does Enlighten whitening work?

Enlighten offers a fast and effective way to whiten the teeth, with most treatment courses lasting just 3 weeks and ensuring a B1 shade for 98% of patients. After an initial consultation at our practice you will receive a customised treatment package to use at home over the course of three weeks.

The initial two weeks involve applying the gel every night consistently. You simply fill the trays with the gel, insert them into your mouth, and sleep. In the morning, rinse the trays with cold water and set them upside down in a dry location to let any remaining water drain. After completing the two-week nightly regimen you can proceed to the final week's gel. Use the 6% gel for one hour daily for seven days; upon completion of this week, your Enlighten teeth whitening journey is complete.
